HEALTH GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS
I) In order for the health guarantee to take effect, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) business days of receipt. A diagnosis of any type of bacterial infection, internal or external does not render your puppy unhealthy. Your guarantee does not cover the above-mentioned conditions or non-life threatening or temporary disorders such as hypoglycemia, uneven bites, undecided testicles, cherry eyes, inguinal or umbilical hernias or patellar dislocations. Buyer pays all veterinarian fees.II) Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health and at the time of delivery Seller will provide buyer with a chart detailing puppy's treatment under Seller's care
III) Seller guarantees that puppy is free from life threatening genetic diseases or disabilities for one year after date of purchase. Things such as parasites, kennel cough, and ear mites are not covered under this contract. Buyer is advised to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within three (3) business days of acquiring the puppy. Should buyer neglect to take the puppy for this exam, the buyer will assume immediate and all responsibility for the health of the puppy. All vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer. Should any life threatening genetic diseases or disabilities be discovered during the first year they must be attested to in writing to Seller by the Buyer's Licensed Veterinarian. The puppy can be returned to the Seller within the one year guaranteed period at the Buyer's expense. If the puppy is returned Seller will then provide a replacement pet quality puppy as soon as such a puppy becomes available to the Seller. There will be no money refunded. No puppy will be replaced after the one year guaranteed time period.

Since all canine illness is not covered by vaccinations and the first two years of your puppy’s life are crucial, Seller recommends that you continue to feed FLINT RIVER RANCH Premium Health food for Puppies and Adult Dogs. Which can only be purchased on line at www.frrco.com/122740 It is also recommended you keep your puppy on “NuVet Plus Canine,” supplement“. and NuJoint Plus for the first two years of the puppies life.
